Our highly qualified team of personal trainers will be on hand if you have any questions regarding One-to-One sessions or personal training sessions as a group.

Fitness Centre
The main fitness centre spans two areas including a cardio gym, fully kitted out with a range of cardio and resistance machines. Along with a range of weights and additional activities.

A dedicated ladies only gym is also available.

Free Programmes For All
Whether you have used a gym for years and are looking for some new exercises or have never stepped foot through the door, our friendly staff are here to help you ensure you meet your goals. No matter what your aims are, our fully qualified staff will provide a free programme for each member and review it every 4-5 weeks to ensure it is still working for you at no additional cost.
Free Weights
We believe that we have one of the best equipped Old School free weights section in the region.

Also in the free weights area is a Squat Rack, Crossover cable machines, a Smith machine and more.
Cardio Room
The fully kitted out cardio room boasts a wide selection of equipment, from Rowers to Grapplers.
​
In addition to the cardio equipment we have resistance machines, A heavy punch bag and an area for core exercises.
Ladies Only Gym
Looking for a more private area to train? Our ladies only gym has the same equipment as the main gym just with a little more privacy.
​
Come and enjoy your workout and train in a friendly atmosphere with people from all ages and abilities.
